OUR Fees PER PRICE OF PROPERTY

Our conveyancing fees include all correspondence, meetings, and file perusal required for selling or purchasing your standard freehold property.

Up to £200,000.00 - £850.00 + VAT
Up to £300,000.00 - £895.00 + VAT
Up to £400,000.00 - £1,100.00 + VAT
Up to £550,000.00 - £1,250.00 + VAT
Up to £700,000.00 - £1,400.00 + VAT
Up to £1,000,000.00 - £1,850.00 + VAT

  • Additional Fees

    Leasehold Property - £300.00 + VAT

    New Leasehold Property - £450.00 + VAT

    New Build Property - £200.00 + VAT


    New Mortgage - £150.00 + VAT

    Mortgage Redemption - £75.00 + VAT

    Re-mortgages - £650.00 + VAT

    (an additional £60.00 + VAT for the redemption of each mortgage).


    Stamp Duty Land Tax Return - £60.00 + VAT


ADDITIONAL CHARGES AND DISBURSEMENTS

Additional charges and disbursements may apply for bank transfers, statutory declarations, bespoke indemnity insurance policies, Declarations of Trust, Deeds of Covenant and other such matters.

Disbursements will be incurred and will vary depending on the charges we incur from the various providers.
